We can't wait to welcome you to NYE Live! as we ring in 2025 with James Kennedy! Please read the following to make the most of your night!

Note: you must have a ticket to gain access to NYE Live! KC. A select amount of tickets will be available day of at the entrance.

You must download the AXS app to gain access to your tickets. You will not be able to utilize a screenshot of the tickets at admission. Download it here. 

Doors: 7:00 PM

Arrive early to beat the lines and start the celebration early!

All-inclusive packages do not begin until 8PM for Gold & Platinum and 9PM for Silver.

Entrance to NYE Live!

The ONLY entrance to NYE Live! is located on Grand Blvd.

between 13th and 14th Street.

Platinum ticket holders - Grand (near No Other Pub)

14th & Grand Boulevard

Valet 

Valet parking is located on 14th Street in front of Bristol Seafood or park in the KC Live! parking garage located off 13th Street.

We encourage everyone to please drink responsibly and have a safe ride home.

Coat Check 

There is a coat check located on Grand Blvd. immediately following entry.

$5 per coat (cash only!)

All-Inclusive Package 

Show your wristband to your bartender to receive drinks via your all-inclusive drink package.

Post-Midnight Food Voucher 

Each guest will receive a 1 food voucher upon entry valid from midnight- 1AM.

Gold & Platinum Tickets redeem food voucher at No Other Pub

Silver Tickets redeem food voucher at Shandy Bar

Food Trucks: NEW* 

This year, Walnut Street will be closed and filled with food trucks, music and additional restrooms/seating. Food Trucks list TBA.

NYE Live! KC will feature a live performance by James Kennedy! Enjoy lots of photo ops, main stage activities hosted by Mix 93.3, live entertainment, complimentary party favors and a ball drop at Midnight!

Prohibited Items
These items are not allowed inside the venue:

No large bags (small purse, large bags, backpacks, and suitcases) only bags size 10in and below allowed. Weapons (including firearms and knives), Fake weapons of any kind, masks that cannot be removed, full face paint, outside Food & Beverages, professional camera equipment and recording devices, signs, flags, banners and posters, laser pointers, chains, alcohol, drugs, fireworks, flashlights, skateboards, beach balls, and electric scooters.

Silver:

Get access to the party with the Silver ticket! This ticket includes access to 10 venues from 7pm - Midnight! 

Gold:

Celebrate in style with our Gold ticket! Enjoy access to 10 venues from 7PM to midnight, an all-inclusive drink package from 8PM to midnight, including draft beer, call cocktails and house wines. Plus - refuel after midnight with a food voucher.

Platinum:

Get the ultimate VIP treatment with the Platinum ticket. Enjoy access to 11 venues AND an exclusive party at No Other Pub. This ticket includes an all-inclusive drink package (draft beer, premium cocktails and house wines) from 8PM to Midnight and gourmet food stations. Arrive in style with valet service, red carpet entrance and coat check. Watch the ball drop from a VIP viewing area as you ring in the new year with DJ James Kennedy!
